By using the 13Tech Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have understood this Privacy Police and Terms and Conditions, (herein known together as “Agreement”). The Agreement governs the use of 13Tech Platform. 13Tech will collect, use and maintain information consistent with the Agreement.

Mobile Application:

13Tech will respond to your enquiry within a reasonable time, and free of charge. If you request if unfounded, excessive and unreasonable, we retain the right to refuse it or charge a reasonable fee. If you are refused or charged a fee, 13Tech will also provide you with reasons for our refusal within a reasonable time.
There may be cases where may be bound by applicable legislation and jurisprudence to refuse to provide with your personal information, where it would interfere with privacy, rights or freedoms of others, or result in a breach of confidentiality or applicable laws. In these cases we will let you know why we cannot comply with your request
You are well within your right to request that 13Tech delete your information from our database, when it is no longer used for purposes it was originally collected for.
