One off support can be availed by clients who does not wish to pursue any membership plans with 13Tech. They can simply pay for the issue at hand and have no future obligations.
Once you engage 13Tech services by paying the initial consultation of $20, the tech will conduct a comprehensive analysis and provide an assessment report with a solution to fix your issue. This report will also including a cost analysis (within the flat rate fees), depending on the nature of your issue. If you choose to fix your with3 tech (Solution Phase), the $20 will then be deducted from the quote to fix the issue.
Once you clear all payments from the assessment report (from the assessment phase), a technician will attend to your issues.
Although the guaranteed response time is 24 hours, we always aim to get back to you as soon as practicable. You can choose when we respond to you, so that we accommodate to your busy schedule.
All our one off fix come with a 30 day guarantee. If the issue persist, get back in touch with us and we will look into it for free!
We will not charge beyond our price range. This ensures that we are affordable and transparent with our prices. For example, if an issue is rated basic, we will not charge more than $59.99 (refer to pricing diagram above).
Sign up as a $0 customer. Once you login to your customer portal, click on ‘Products’ and choose ‘$20 – Assessment Report’. Once you follow the instructions, fill in all the relevant information and make your payment, a tech will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
